1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Victim-housewife suffered homicidal death within six months of marriage. Petitioner is the husband of the victim-housewife. Statements of witnesses show he had subjected her to torture prior to the incident. In view of the aforesaid materials and the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
