The materials in the case diary suggest that the petitioner attempted to rape the victim.

Considering the long absconsion of the petitioner and the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1699 of 2023 is dismissed.
