He is only aggrieved that in spite of his complaint dated 29.11.2022 to the Superintendent of Police, Birbhum, as regards illegal sand mining on his land, no steps have been taken by the Police. Labpur Police Station may make appropriate enquiries in that regard. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
