Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the police filed charge-sheet and, therefore, further detention of the petitioner is not required. No recovery was made from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner fled away from the spot. Commercial quantity of narcotic along with fake currency were recovered from the spot from where the petitioner fled away.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner there as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
