This revisional application impeaches the order dated 30.3.2011 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Sadar, Hooghly in M.P. Case No. 387 of 2011 in a proceeding under Section 144 of Code of Criminal Procedure. The impugned order had a limited span of life of sixty days. Therefore, after twelve years this reviosional application has become devoid of merit and is dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
