Although the petitioner has been going unrepresented on repeated occasions when the matter has been called on for hearing, there is no use of keeping the matter pending unnecessarily in this court, in view of the limited compass of the prayers made.

It is not clear whether the applications sought to be expeditiously directed to be disposed of are still pending, CO No.927 of 2021 and CO No.928 of 2021 are disposed of by requesting the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Fifth Court at Alipore, District: South 24 Parganas to dispose of the application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of

Civil Procedure, if pending, in connection with Title Suit No.5047 of 2013 and the application under Order VI Rule 16 of the Code, if pending, in connection with Title Suit No.28164 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months from the date of communiation of this order to the court below, subject to the pendency of the applications/suits-in-question in the trial court.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
