1. Police filed charge sheet.

2. One person suffered grievous hurt of cut injury on the scalp. Such injured recorded a statement under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure where he says that he was assaulted by a wooden stick.

3. Given the nature of the weapon used in the incident of assault and given the nature of the injury and the fact that the police filed charge sheet, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a Bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each, with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on condition that the petitioners shall appear on every date before the jurisdictional Court on and Signed By :
