1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition in view of mutual talks of settlement going on between the parties.

2. The written instruction in that regard filed today be kept on record.

3. However, leave is sought to file afresh in the event the talks of settlement do not mature.

4. Keeping in view such submissions, WPA No.

8084 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to sue on the self-same cause of action, in the event the settlement between the parties fail.
