The petitioner has challenged the charge sheet issued to him on 16th March, 2022 and further prayed for prohibiting the respondent employer from taking any steps in terms of the said charge sheet.

On behalf of the respondents, it is submitted that the Disciplinary Authority has passed the final order on 27th June, 2022 holding that the petitioner is "not guilty". A copy of the said order dated 27th June, 2022 is made over to this Court and retained with the record. A copy thereof is also given to the petitioner.

In view of the finding by the Disciplinary Authority as aforesaid, nothing subsists in the writ petition. The same is, accordingly, disposed of without passing any

further order, but recording the finding of the Disciplinary Authority.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
