Even on the last occasion, i.e. on 30.03.2026, when the matter was called on for hearing, no one represented the petitioners or prayed for any adjournment.

It appears that on an earlier occasion also the application had been dismissed for default. Thereafter, the matter was restored after condonation of long delay. Yet, nobody appears again on consecutive days.

Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed for default. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
