The instant revisional application is directed against the judgment and order dated 27.09.2010 passed by learned 4th Court of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Alipore in Sessions Trial No. 2(12) of 2004 arising out of Sessions Case 68(9) of 2004.

Under such circumstances, this revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned trial court immediately.
