Let affidavit-in-opposition by the respondents be prepared and circulated within a period of eight weeks. Reply thereto, if any, be filed within a fortnight thereafter.

Liberty to mention the matter for inclusion under the heading 'hearing'

immediately after completion of the aforesaid time period.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the respondents and also serve a copy of this order in the office of the learned Government Pleader.
