It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the west Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited has effected connection and nothing remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition. The learned Advocate for the Distribution Company Limited is also present in Court today. This writ petition is disposed of without any further orders.

There will be however no order as to costs.
