Report reflects that the complainant has received the amount and is not interested to pursue further proceedings relating to Tollygunge Police Station 122 of 2013 dated 30.03.2013. The subject matter of the case are for alleged offence under Sections 418/420/406/120B of the Indian Penal Code. Having regard to the nature of the allegations, I am of the view that as no public money is involved in the transactions so referred to and the materials so collected, further continuance of the proceedings are unwarranted.

Accordingly, all further proceedings relating to

Tollygunge Police Station 122 of 2013 dated 30.03.2013 under Sections 418/420/406/120B of the Indian Penal Code including the charge-sheet submitted therein and the subsequent orders so passed are hereby quashed so far as the present petitioner, namely, Madhuri Bandyopadhyay @ Madhury Bandyopadhyay is concerned. Thus, CRR 1054 of 2021 along with CRAN 1 of 2023 is allowed.

Pending any other applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
