Applicant (Ujjal Chatterjee) has filed an application for recalling the order dated 03.03.2023 which was passed in connection with CRR 1054 of 2021.

In view of the prayer advanced, let the lower court records of Tollygunge P.S. Case No. 122/2013 dated 30.03.2013 be produced before this Court.

The Officer-in-Charge, Tollygunge Police Station is also directed to produce the case diaries of Tollygunge P.S. Case No. 122/2013 dated 30.03.2013 and Tollygunge P.S. Case No. 97/2023 dated 16.05.2023.

Mr. Ganguly, learned senior advocate appears for the petitioner in revisional application and prays for filing affidavit-in-opposition.

Let the affidavit-in-opposition be filed in connection with Section 5 application being CRAN 3 of 2024 by 13th May,

2025; affidavit-in-reply thereto, if any, be filed by 15th May, 2025.

List the matter under the heading "Application" on 16th May, 2025.
