Jordighi Junior High School had applied for recognition from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education. Inspection was conducted. Report was sent to the Board. Matter was kept pending.

In the meantime, State has set up a school in the vicinity and chances of recognition of the petitioners' school, therefore, came to be jeopardy. In those circumstances, the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education shall consider the petitioners' application for recognition strictly in accordance with applicable rules and dispose of the same within a period of two months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
