Petitioner renews the prayer for bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that two other co-accuseds were enlarged on bail. State and the de facto complainant are represented. It appears that the other co-accuseds were enlarged on bail prior to the last order of rejection of the prayer for grant of bail made by the petitioner on February 28, 2022 passed in CRM (DB) 195 of 2022.

There is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection dated February 28, 2022 passed in CRM (DB) 195 of 2022. Consequently, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (DB) 1149 of 2022 is dismissed.
