Nayeemul Haque ..for the respondent no.5 After hearing the parties I direct the concerned District Primary School Council (Primary Education) and the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance to take immediate steps for payment of arrear pension to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order but there will be no payment of interest on the arrear pension.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
