The instant revisional application has been preferred against the order of acquittal being G.R. Case No. 899 of 1991. Perused the order passed by the learned Magistrate as well as the order passed by the learned Additional Session Judge, Malda in criminal appeal No. 2 of 2010. This court does not find any infirmity or impropriety in the impugned orders. Accordingly, this court is not inclined to interfere with the same.
