It appears from the exception to the report in the form of affidavit submitted on behalf of the applicantpetitioner that the dates of hearing were intimated to the petitioner who refused to accept the notices of hearing and chose not to appear before the authority on several dates of hearing. The order under contempt has been complied with by the concerned authority by disposing of the application submitted by the petitioner by an order passed on 5th October, 2023.

In view of the above, the contempt application being CPAN 453 of 2023 is disposed of.

There shall however, no order as to costs.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
