None is appearing on behalf of the petitioner even on second call.

This revisional application challenges the quantum of punishment imposed upon the accused person by learned Trial Court in Session Case No. 231/November/2016 arising out of Khejuri Police Station Case No. 318 of 2013. Learned Trial Court recorded order of conviction directing the convict to undergo Simple Imprisonment for three years and to pay a fine of Rs.1000/- each with a default clause for offence under Section 306/34 of the I.P.C.

According to the petitioner the sentence was inadequate and learned Trial Court ought to have passed the adequate sentence. The accused person being convicted challenged the order of conviction in Criminal Appeal No. 21 of 2019. The appeal was accepted and order of conviction was set aside.

Under such circumstances this Criminal Revision has become devoid of merit and thus dismissed in the light of the judgment pronounced in CRA 21 of 2019 on 14th December, 2022.

The Criminal Revision is thus disposed of.
