The petitioner's grievance is that the application for transfer has been pending with the concerned District Inspector of Schools since sometime in 2022.

The application was made in the online mode and has yet not been considered.

In view of the aforestated, the concerned District Inspector of Schools is directed to consider and dispose of the application for transfer made by the petitioner by 30th June, 2026 and intimate the

petitioner about the resultant order of consideration.

With the aforestated directions, the instant writ petition and the connected application being CAN 1 of 2025 stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
