Provash Adak v. The State

In pursuance of the direction passed by this Court dated 30.04.2024, learned Registrar Administration (L & OM), High Court, Appellate Side submits a report. From the said report, it appears that the sole appellant/convict, namely, Provash Adak was expired on 06.10.2021. Certified copy of the certificate of death is annexed to the report.

The instant appeal was preferred by the sole appellant/convict challenging the impugned judgment and order of conviction passed by the learned Trial Court. As the sole appellant/convict has expired, so the instant appeal is hereby abated.

The appeal being CRA No. 277 of 1993 is hereby dismissed as abated.
