It has been submitted by the learned advocate representing the alleged contemnors that the Administrator is presently in-charge of the Madrasah and the erstwhile Secretary of the Managing Committee is not in a position and presently does not have any power to act in accordance with the order passed by the Court.

It appears that the order was passed by the Court on February 3, 2022. The Madrasah was restrained from taking any steps with regard to the termination of the membership of the petitioner.

It further appears that despite the order being passed by the Court on February 3, 2022, the petitioner was not permitted to act as the member of the Managing Committee. The said conduct of the alleged contemnors is in violation of the direction passed by this Court.

The Administrator has been appointed only on January 5, 2023. The order of the Court ought to have been complied long ago.

The Administrator is, accordingly, directed to act in accordance with the direction passed by the Court on February 3, 2022.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

The contempt rule stands discharged.
