It appears that a final report under Section 174 of the Cr. P.C. was filed before the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate, indicating that this was a case of suicide.

This Court does not have territorial jurisdiction to look into the conduct of the Kavoor Police Station at Bengaluru, Karnataka. The matter falls exclusively within the jurisdiction of the Karnataka High Court.

With the aforesaid observations, reserving the remedies available to the writ petitioners, the instant writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
