Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that at best the charges as against the petitioner can be levelled against are under Section 304 Part 1 of the IPC. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. The de facto complainant is represented.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the case diary and considering the postmortem report of the victim, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (DB) 1151 of 2022 is dismissed.
