Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record.

The writ petitioner is aggrieved by investigation into FIR No. 121 of 2023 dated 03.03.2023.

Prior thereto, Raninagar Police Station has registered FIR No. 94 of 2023 dated 20.02.2023 against the petitioner.

The petitioner claims of discriminatory investigation between the two FIRs.

The petitioner submits that one FIR is a counter blast to the other. Appropriate sections have not been included in the FIR at the instance of the petitioner.

This Court is of the view that the I. O. has the power to include new sections in the FIR in course of investigation.

6.

The petitioner, if not satisfied with the investigation, can approach the Magistrate for directions pre and post filing of charge sheet. 7.

The writ petition is disposed of.

8.

There will be no order as to costs.

9.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
