Mr. Sujit Sankar Koley, learned advocate appears for the alleged contemnors submits that from the order dated August 10, 2018 wherefrom this contempt arose is under challenge before the Hon'ble Division Bench in MAT 1286 of 2018 and also an application for recalling of the same is also pending. In view of the above, on the prayer made by Mr. Koley, learned advocate the contempt petition shall appear under the heading "For Disposal (Contempt Application)" on August 18, 2022.
