The report reflects that the suit land is recorded in favour of the writ petitioner but the respondent nos. 7 and 8 being the adivasi people are in possession of the scheduled plot of land.

Having considered the report of the BL&LRO which is subsequent to the report of the police authorities also

submitted before this court, I am of the view that the petitioner would prefer an appropriate application, if so advised before the learned jurisdictional Civil Court for remedies prayed for.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 8098 of 2023 is disposed of.
