Petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 348 of 2022 dated June 14, 2022.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that there are civil disputes between the private parties. The police complaint was lodged as a counter blast to the property disputes as also the police complaint lodged earlier.

State and the private opposite party are represented. 4.

Affidavit-of-service filed in Court be taken on record. 5.

Police concluded investigations with regard to the complaint in question and submitted charge sheet before the jurisdictional Court.

Charges are yet to be framed.

7.

Petitioners may avail of the remedies at the time of framing of charges, if so advised.

Case diary suggests that there are sufficient materials in the case diary for the petitioners before us to stand trial. 9.

At this stage, I am not minded to interfere with regard to the prayer for criminal quashing.

10. CRR/1603/2025 is accordingly dismissed.
