The revisional application has been preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Egra P. S. Case No. 131 of 2021 dated March 27, 2021.

Mr. Swapan Banerjee, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State.

The subject matter of the case relates to attacking police personnel at the instance of the petitioners and others. Having considered the stage at which the revisional application was filed and the subsequent change of circumstance, which is bound to happen because of passage of time, I am of the opinion that it would not be fit and proper to interfere at this stage. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1060 of 2021 is dismissed.
