The said report reflects that a settlement was arrived at between the parties and at the police station Mohua Bhattacharjee, Saugata Ghosh and Shilpi Ghosh submitted that they did not want to proceed with their complaint any further. Having considered the police report, I am of the view that if there are other inconveniences faced, petitioner will file a fresh information with the police authorities, but the grievance of the petitioner at the stage, the petitioner approached this Court for the time being

has been addressed and do not require any further adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 8101 of 2023 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
