Mr. Rama Prasad Sarkar .....for the petitioner Ms. Riya Bhattacharjee ...for the respondent no.3 It is submitted by the parties that the Transfer Certificate has been issued and received. Mr. Rama Prasad Sarkar, learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that there is a mistake in the Date of Birth in the T.C. issued to his client. The petitioner may take up the issue for correction in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
