1. Petitioner submits that she has been falsely implicated in the case. She prays for anticipatory bail.

2. Learned Lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the eyewitnesses show petitioner had participated in the assault. It is argued co-accused has been granted bail. Parameters for grant of regular bail are not same with the considerations for grant of anticipatory bail. The latter being much stricter.

4. Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
