Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties.

It appears from record that against the grievance raised in this writ petition, petitioner has already made a representation before the respondent authority concerned on 4th March, 2024 and according to the petitioner the said representation is still pending.

Details of the grievance would appear from the said representation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 8818 of 2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 4/authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid

representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorised representatives, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merit of the aforesaid representation and the same shall be considered by the authority concerned on its own merit.

With this observation and direction this writ petition stands disposed of.
