The petitioner submits that she is a widow lady and her husband had taken a vehicle on finance, but in spite of repeated request to the finance company the same is not repossessed by them and in the alternative she is being harassed at the behest of the private respondent.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondent no.5/finance company submits that an award has already been passed.

Learned advocate for the State submits that in view of the nature of the accusations, the police authorities have no role to serve or take any action. I have considered the nature of the representation, accusations and the contentions

advanced in the writ petition and I am of the view that the writ petition is not maintainable.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 8112 of 2025 is dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
