Petitioner renews the prayer for bail.

The earlier order of rejection is dated November 15, 2021. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the Court should consider the materials in the case diary afresh.

The materials in the case diary was considered while rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner on November 15, 2021 in CRM 7260 of 2021. There is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent thereto. We are, therefore, unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (DB) 1153 of 2022 is dismissed.
