To that effect he has filed a representation on 29.11.2023 with the Superintendent of Police, Murshidabad and the Inspector-in-Charge, Hariharpara Police Station. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents are absolutely civil dispute and the police authorities have no role to be assigned in such nature of dispute.

In view of the petitioner being allegedly deprived from enjoying the usufruct of his property, I direct that if a fresh representation is submitted before the Superintendent of Police, Murshidabad and the Inspector-in-Charge, Hariharpara Police Station, the authority will consider the representation within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 8816 of 2024 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
