CRIMINAL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION APPELLATE SIDE CRR 933 of 2010 Re: Uttam Kumar Ghosh The instant revisional application is preferred against the judgment and order dated 13.01.2010 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 3rd Court, Burdwan in Criminal Motion 21/2009 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 3rd Court, Burdwan thereby affirming the judgment and order dated 29.12.2008 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court Burdwan in Misc. Case No. 264/1996 under section 125 of the Cr.P.C. The report of the Registrar-in-Charge of Nezarath District Judge's Court, Purba Bardhaman stated that the opposite party Renuka Bhattacharya was found to have expired 8 years back. The petitioner could not be traced out. Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly, disposed of.
