1. The petitioners pray for disposal of the application made under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, before the District Magistrate, Purba Medinipur.

2. Without entering into the merit of the same, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the District Magistrate, Purba Medinipur, to consider and dispose of the application made by the bank in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of thirty days from the date of communication of this order.

3. All relevant documents in support of the aforesaid application shall be forwarded to the District Magistrate, Purba Medinipur, at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

4. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.

5. Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
