With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition and the connected application, if any, shall stand disposed of.

The protection already granted to the petitioners, inter alia, in the order dated March 9, 2023 shall continue until the investigation is compete.

The final report in the matter may be filed before the ACJM concerned.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
