1. The instant writ petition was filed by the petitioners/bank praying for a direction upon the District Magistrate, Purba Medinipur, to dispose of the application filed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

2. The District Magistrate and Collector, Purba Medinipur, has forwarded the report dated 20th May 2025 wherefrom it appears that the said application stood rejected.

3. In view of the above, there is no requirement of passing any further order in the matter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.

5. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
