Petitioners complain of police inaction.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the private respondent is preventing the petitioners from repairing an old structure.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the complaint of the petitioners was enquired into and a

prosecution under Section 107 of the Criminal Procedure Code was submitted.

Report submitted in Court be taken on record. Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent submits that, the land over which the petitioners seek to make the construction is vested with the State. Apparently, there are disputes between the private parties. Police have taken steps on the basis of the complaint, as noted above. Further interference by the Writ Court is not called for.

W.P.A. No.5991 of 2020 is disposed of.
