Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there was a relationship between the petitioner and the victim. The petitioner was falsely implicated. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code. In her statement, the victim states that she is 15 years of age and claims that she was kidnapped by two persons which includes the petitioner.

She also states that offensive photographs of her were taken by the petitioner. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 1994 of 2022 is, dismissed.
