It is submitted that investigation, which has been directed by this Court to be completed, has not been so completed and hence this contempt application has been filed.

Counsel for the State files written instructions of the Officer-in-Charge, Naihati Police Station, Barrackpore Commissionerate, addressed to Government Pleader. 3.

It appears that investigation has been completed and final report of mistake of fact being Barrackpore P. S. FRMF No. 63 of 2023 dated 20.05.2023 under Sections 506 and 120B has been filed.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the view that there is no contempt on the part of the respondents. 5.

CPAN 459 of 2023 is disposed of.

Instructions of the Officer-in-Charge, Naihati Police Station is kept with the record.

There will be no order as to costs.
