A direction to secure expeditious disposal of Title Appeal No. 6 of 2015 arising out of Title Suit No. 24 of 2009, pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court, Purba Burdwan is the ultimate relief sought for in this case.

Admittedly, petitioner is the decree holder/respondent.

The only contention expressed by the petitioner is against the inordinate delay caused in the disposal of appeal.

No other point is raised requiring address by the court.

In view of the nature of order proposed to be made in the case, no prior notice is considered to be necessary.

Service upon the opposite parties is thus dispensed with.

Accordingly, learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court, Purba Burdwan in Title Appeal No. 6 of 2015 is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of appeal referred herein above, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, but without granting unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable.

Since the Title Appeal is posted for hearing of argument, this would not prevent the court below to ensure expeditious disposal of the appeal upon hearing both sides, and delivering the judgment within the best possible and reasonable opportunity of time, preferably within three (03) months from the date of communication of this order.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of .

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
