2. In view of the fact that initial power of five years for seeking a transfer is no more applicable by reason of the fact that as on date the writ petitioner has completed five years of continuous service and also in view of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner that the teachers-students ratio would be 1:50 and the College has recommended for transfer. DPI is now required and hence directed to take a fresh decision on such transfer application within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order. If required by giving opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties

3. In view of the changed circumstances, the impugned

order is set aside.

4. The appeal and the application stand disposed of.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
