This Court has considered the notice served on the West Bengal Nursing Council and the postal track report showing item was delivered.

Let a formal affidavit of service be filed before this Court in course of the day.

The petitioner is aggrieved that the West Bengal Nursing Council has not accepted her reciprocal registration as a nurse with the State of Telangana. The petitioner passed the diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery with distinction, for the training period between 2013 to 2017 conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education, Telangana under the Board of Examination for General Nursing and Midwifery. 4.

The writ petitioner registered with the Telangana State Nurses, Midwives, Auxiliary Nurse-Midwives and Health Visitors Council at Hyderabad on 6th September, 2017.

She applied for reciprocal registration with the West Bengal Nursing Council.

Despite several notices since 2020, the West Bengal Nursing Council is not represented.

This Court is of the view that the respondents therefore have no objection to the prayers made in the writ petition.

In these circumstances, the respondent Nos.4 to 6 shall accord reciprocal registration to the writ petitioner, who is already registered with the Telangana Council morefully described hereinabove, immediately upon receipt of a copy of this order. 8.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
