The writ petitioner is aggrieved by the alleged inaction by Domkal Police Station in respect of a complaint of threat to life and property by the private respondents.

Counsel for the State produces instructions of the Domkal Police Station dated 01.05.2022. It appears from the records that FIR No. 125 of 2022 dated 04.03.2022 under Sections 447/307/120B/34 of the IPC and Sections 3/4 of the E. S. Act has been registered.

The investigation into the said FIR must be completed within a period of three months from date. The O. C., Domkal Police Station shall, however, take all necessary steps for maintaining peace in the area and shall continue to maintain strict vigil thereat. The O. C., Domkal Police Station shall summon both the petitioner and the private

respondents and issue appropriate warnings against any breach of peace.

However, the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents may be agitated under appropriate civil proceedings either pending or otherwise.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
