Saha ...for Respondent Nos. 6, 7 & 8 The petitioner alleges unauthorised construction at holding no. 338/5, G. T. Road, Shibpur, Howrah at the instance of respondent nos. 6, 7 & 8.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that despite lodging a complaint before the Howrah Municipal Corporation on February 12, 2024, no steps have been taken.

Learned advocate appearing for the Howrah Municipal Corporation submits that the Corporation shall take necessary steps in terms of the complaint dated February 12, 2024. He adds that a notice for inspection has already been issued.

In the aforesaid facts, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction upon the Howrah Municipal Corporation to consider the representation dated February 12, 2024, within two months from the date of communication of this order.

In arriving at its decision, the Corporation shall hear all the necessary parties.

Accordingly, WPA 8846 of 2024 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
